“We cannot say enough incredible things about Neil and his team at Union Station. Neil is professional and personable. He answered all of our questions and walked us through every option available to us. We did not feel pressured to make a choice that was not genuine to us and Neil kept track of every detail. From the rehearsal dinner to the reception, we found comfort in Neil’s confidence and dedication to ensuring each element ran smoothly. Our wedding was one month ago and it’s still all our friends and family are talking about. The venue is so beautiful we didn’t bring many decorations. The staff was supportive, so much fun to interact with, and were a highlight of the night. The food was cooked perfectly, the cocktails were a hit, and the ability to get ready for our day on site was a game changer. I am seriously trying and I can’t think of a single area I could include as an opportunity for improvement. This last part is for the couples out there that are in the shoes we were in months ago. I am a planner. The cost of a wedding was daunting and felt unreasonable. I have a spreadsheet of all the venues and their costs, fees, locations, food options, restrictions, discounts, etc. Our non-negotiables were 1) open bar 2) weather protected 3) within walking distance to a hotel. We checked out barns, golf courses, renting tents, resorts, hotels, and event venues. Union Station blew it out of the park. They satisfied our needs and things we didn’t know we wanted. They ended up being our most affordable option (yes, even when compared to renting a tent) which still blows my mind when considering we feel like we were taken care of like royalty. We would do it all again in a heartbeat. If you’re considering Union Station for your wedding – do it. If you’re not considering them yet – you should be.”

The Wedding Lounge

The Wedding Lounge is available to you and your wedding party throughout the day as a storage area and getting ready space.

The Lounge includes a full size mirror, couches and armchairs for you to relax, a private bathroom, private use of The Boardroom, and complimentary Champagne and hors d’oeuvres during social hour.

 

Social Hour

Our Ballroom Lounge offers a comfortable and intimate area for your guests to mingle while a live musician plays our grand piano to add ambiance and entertainment to your event.

Your guests will enjoy a grand display of fruit, cheese, crudité and 6-butler style passed hors d’oeuvres. In addition, guests can munch on a Mediterranean or Asian enhancement station over conversation with a 5-hour open bar!
