Union Station began as a train station and put Northampton on the map. You’ll be steps from the Amtrak platform, with free parking for all your guests. Whether your guests are new to Northampton or old friends of it, the venue gives everyone new memories to take home.

Every package includes the Wedding Suite, a Champagne toast, salad, three entrée choices with two sides, a custom wedding cake, coffee and tea, linens, Chiavari chairs, fresh floral centerpieces, a complimentary couple's tasting and free parking. Wedding packages seat up to 180 guests.
All prices are subject to a 23% administrative fee and 7% tax.
The Wedding Suite
The Wedding Suite is yours all day: a place to store your things and get ready. It has a full-length mirror, couches and armchairs, a private bathroom, private use of the Boardroom, and complimentary champagne and hors d'oeuvres at social hour.
Social Hour, Ceremony and Reception
Guests mingle in the Ballroom Lounge with a grand display of fruit, cheese and crudité and passed hors d'oeuvres, then celebrate in the Roosevelt Grand Ballroom.

More Than One Day
Rehearsal dinner, welcome party, post-wedding brunch, late night: ask about discounts for booking more than one event at Union Station. Options include the Notch 8 Grille, The Deck, the Atrium, the Loft and the Lounge, subject to availability.
Getting There
Your guests can arrive together on the Union Station Express trolley. Lodging is within walking distance or a short drive.
