About Union Station Banquets
Our Story
Union Station’s early Gothic building, designed by renowned architect H.H. Richardson, has been a Northampton fixture for more than 100 years. Over the years the station has hosted many presidents. The station began its story capturing a spectrum of emotions as travelers started their journeys. In that spirit, we host the beginnings of stories as unique as the building’s history.
Today, the building pairs its history with modern comforts: the Roosevelt Grand Ballroom (seating up to 180 for weddings and 200 for social events), the Notch 8 Grille (an upscale steakhouse), the Tunnel Bar (an underground martini lounge) and The Deck (a casual outdoor bar and restaurant). We also offer off-site catering and the Union Station Express trolley.
